Chemical Compatibility & Media Suitability
Engineered Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) lined FRP chemical storage tanks for Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4), Caustic Soda (NaOH), and metal pickling applications.
Engineering Architecture & Construction
1. PPH Chemical Barrier Liner (3-6 mm)
High-density Polypropylene Homopolymer provides superior resistance against non-oxidizing mineral acids, caustic alkalis, and electroplating chemistries without chemical degradation.
2. Structural FRP Outer Shell
Continuous filament-wound fiberglass and vinyl ester resin matrix engineered per DVS 2205 to withstand extreme hydrostatic and seismic loads.
